I’ve made my invoice payment, but my account still shows no balance. What can I do to resolve this?

Please be aware that all top-up invoices will remain active for 3 hours before expiring if no payment is detected.

If you have made a payment and, after 3 hours or more, your available balance has not been updated, please take the following steps:

  1. Verify the blockchain link (your deposit transaction) for at least 3 confirmations.

  2. If the transaction is confirmed but your balance has not updated, please include your transaction link and submit a request to our Technical Support team at: [email protected].

  3. If it has not been confirmed yet, please wait for at least 3 confirmations from the network for the transaction to be credited automatically by the system.
