1. Overview

GTX is a company that buys bulk AI-chips and hardware and resells them to business partners worldwide through contracts. Users can invest digital funds in crypto (Bitcoin, Litecoin, USDT TRC20) on the GTX Platform to acquire these contracts in real time and earn dynamic daily revenue, with custom terms for contract deposit duration.

2. Contracts

Users on the GTX Platform act as investors and only need to top-up their balance to purchase any contract they desire. Each contract represents a different AI-chip selling opportunity, with unique terms regarding revenue, acquisition time, and deposit duration. Once a contract ends, users may withdraw their revenue or reinvest it in a new contract. Payouts will be processed within 48 business hours (Monday to Friday).

3. Affiliate Program

GTX offers an affiliate program that allows users to refer clients and receive rewards on three levels for all profile top-ups. The reward structure is as follows: 5% for the first level, 2% for the second level, and 1% for the third level.

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their GTX Platform account, including their login credentials and personal information. Users must not share their account details with anyone else and must take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access to their account.

5. Risk Disclosure

Investing in contracts on the GTX Platform carries inherent risks, including but not limited to market volatility, economic conditions, and regulatory changes. Users should carefully consider their investment decisions and be aware of the potential risks involved.

6. Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the GTX Platform, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) and optional know your customer (KYC) requirements.

7. Termination of Account

GTX reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account on the GTX Platform at its discretion, without prior notice, if the user violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any fraudulent or illegal activities. It is prohibited to operate multiple accounts on the GTX Platform. Any user found to be operating multiple accounts will have all accounts terminated.

8. Modifications

GTX may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes.
